At Craft Cafe, our coffee starts at our very own farm in the highlands of Daklak, Vietnam, where we cultivate premium Robusta and Arabica beans with care. From bold Robusta to smooth Arabica, every bean is ethically grown, freshly roasted, and expertly brewed for the perfect cup.

Brunch at Craft Cafe is all about flavor, nourishment, and quality ingredients—with a special focus on gluten-free waffles, pancakes, and toast.

🧇 Waffles – Crispy outside, fluffy inside, made with almond & oat flour, served with fresh fruit, maple syrup or house-made nut butter.

🥞 Pancakes – Light and airy, crafted from almond & coconut flour, topped with seasonal fruits, maple syrup..
